Author~ Starting a new Fanfic, 2nd Fanfic I have written, the 1st one was stolen, but I'm helping with a new version of it. Any way let's get on with this story. 1st time writing a Waterloo Road Fanfic so please enjoys and any reviews will be grateful. Please bare in mind, I am poorly so I am not 100% so this chapter may not be 100%. Private message me with the mistakes if there is any (use the whole sentence too so I can identify and change it please)
It was a beautiful day in Greenock up in Scotland. The sun was beaming down with no clouds in sight over the lovely seaside city. It was a Monday morning around 8am and the first day back at school for most kids.
Waterloo Road was one of the secondary schools ages 11-18 year old teenagers. It had moved a few years ago from Rochdale and now is growing strong now with a school house for students to stay if they haven't got a home or parents to stay with.
At the Calhoun's household Kenzie had just woken up and now was downstairs eating her breakfast, she still had to get ready for school and sort her mum out. Once she had finished her breakfast, she heads upstairs, brushes her teeth and washes her face before getting into her uniform, making sure she had everything in her bag and put them downstairs. She then went into her Mum's bedroom, her Mum all ready awake "Morning Mum" Kenzie called as she went to find her mum some things to wear.
"Morning Kenzie, you all ready for school?" Kenzie's Mum asks as they worked together to get her dressed and ready and sat on the sofa with some toast. She was dressed in a pair of blue leggings, a blue top with One Direction on and a blue cardigan, and slippers on her feet.
"Yeah, I'm ready" Kenzie said while sorting her Mum out, she made sure her Mum had taken her medication before putting on her coat and grabbed her bag. She kissed her Mum goodbye before leaving the house for school, it was 8:30 and she needed to be there by 8:45. Secretly she couldn't wait for her first class which she had with Miss Hutchinson, unknown to everyone she had her phone number and had a massive crush on her teacher.
Meanwhile at Lorna's House Lorna had woken at 7:45am. She had a shower and got dressed into a black pinafore fitted with a white blouse underneath and brown jacket on top. She blowed her hair dry before brushing it and giving her face and teeth a clean in the bathroom. She had sorted her bag out last night and now was sat in her car. She was dreading her first class, more dreading seeing 1 person. She had started developing feelings for Kenzie and now had to fight them back knowing it's completely wrong. Lorna puts her belt on and drives to school, after making sure she definitely had everything in her bag, ready for the day.
Author~ Okay it's short, but it's just a getting into the story chapter, where you get the setting and character description. The action will start in the next chapter. I accept constructive criticism and kind reviews but any nasty ones I will be removing.
