A/N: I found this one randomly from a while ago and decided to post it, so here it is!

Tonks sat in the library of 12, Grimmauld Place, pretending to read. She didn't really like reading too much, but Remus had forced her to. Well, he hadn't forced her, per say, but she couldn't say no to him somehow. She got a feeling that he knew she wasn't reading and looked back down at her book. Then-

"OI, TONKS!" The door flung open and Sirius burst into the room, waving an envelope in the air. Tonks actually fell off of the armchair she was in and Remus nearly dropped his book. He glanced at her on the ground.

"Are you alright, Nymphadora?" He asked. Tonks hastily picked herself up and looked at him.

"Yes, I'm fine." She answered. A moment of silence. "And it's Tonks." She added.

"Anyway, I found this letter and it's addressed to you, Tonksie." Sirius announced, showing her the envelope. Tonks walked over and snatched it from him. She ripped it open, wondering what was inside. It was a piece of parchment, with a small paragraph scratched onto it in black ink.

It read:

My dearest Nymphadora Tonks,

I have had these thoughts and feelings for a while now, and think I'll explode if I don't tell you. The truth is quite simple: I have fallen for you.

Tonks furrowed her brow in confusion. Did she have a secret admirer? She smiled slightly.

I want to tell you that I will always have your back, and that no matter what, I will always be there for you. I will always catch you when you fall.

Love,

The Floor

Tonks' smile disappeared immediately.

"You git!" She exclaimed, launching herself at her cousin. He burst out laughing. She gave him her perfected murderous glare and his laughter ceased instantly. He took a step back. Tonks gave him the you-better-run look. He did exactly that. Sirius bolted out of the room faster than you could say "Hippogriff."

"SIRIUS ORION BLACK, YOU WILL REGRET THAT!" Tonks bellowed, sprinting out of the room.

From his position on the sofa, Remus raised an eyebrow, wondering what had been written in that letter.
