Steven Moffat, my hero is the writer of Doctor Who and Sherlock.
Doctor Who is one of the most admirable shows in my opinion. Steven Moffat really shows that everyone is important for example: "900 years of time and space, and I've never met anyone who wasn't important."-The Doctor. It teaches people to look past what you see: "It seems to me there's so much more to the world than the average eye is allowed to see. I believe, if you look hard, there are more wonders in this universe than you could ever have dreamt of." – Vincent Van Gough (Doctor Who). It inspired me to reach for my full potential and to help others in need and one more thing it taught me "There's something that doesn't make sense. Let's go and poke it with a stick."
- The Doctor.
Sherlock in my opinion the mystery behind a genius it shows you to never give up to finish solving the problem. It shows people to do anything for the people you love (even though sometimes you might not think you love them but you do). I love how deeply Steven Moffat understands characters and people. There have been many versions of on screen Sherlock Holmes and Dr. John Watson but none as much like the book characters as in BBC Sherlock.
In both Doctor Who and Sherlock there are all sorts of emotion and thrill all mixing together to create heart breaking, heart-warming, romantic, hilarious and stunning show's that Steven Moffat alone could write."We are in Buckingham Palace, the very heart of the British nation. Sherlock Holmes, put your trousers on!" -Mycroft Holmes. "The way I see it, every life is a pile of good things and a pile of bad things. The good things don't soften the bad things but vice versa. The bad things don't necessarily spoil the good things or make them unimportant."- The Doctor.
People often say they don't like Steven Moffat because of how he breaks our hearts but think, for just one second. How interesting would things be without a change or tragedy Steven Moffat does it for us. Who knows it might break his heart too. He is probably one of the smartest men in history just because he knows "brainy is the new sexy."
