Cold. That's all Freiljord is anymore. Tryndamere has been away for quite some time now on his negotiation quest with some northern settlements that have been quarreling as of late. It's all good and all. Peace is my most important priority. But I'm cold.

I snuggle into the chair seated closest to the fireplace with a large blanket and the richest hot chocolate in Runeterra. The queen only receives the best after all. I let my mind wander to Tryn and worry consumes me. It really has been a while since we've been together. Our people miss him. And even if this was at one time a political marriage, I miss him just as much.

I set the mug on the small table beside me as a finish, it's warmth leaving my fingertips instantly. Drowsiness swallows all of my worry and I'm glad I asked the maid to slip a bit of a sleeping potion into my drink. I smile weakly as I fall into a deep slumber.

I open my eyes to the bright morning sun of the Freij. It's beautiful but something seems off. I look around my room and I notice a slight disturbance in the perfection the room was previously in. A scent reaches my nose and it's easily recognizable as the strong earthy scent of my husband. I rush to my feet as I hear water running in the shower.

"Tryndamere!" I shout. He looks over at me as he pulls the shower curtain back and smiles. He brings me into him, regardless of his current wet state.

"My love", he pants. "I've missed you."

A happy sigh leaves me as warmth fills me.
