A/N: This week's extra challenge thing was a picture of Jensen Ackles in an emergency room being treated by a nurse for an injury on his left arm. I would love to know what movie/TV thing the picture's from, but it did inspire this week's drabble.

Sitting on the exam bed, Dean had to look away as the nurse started to clean the slight wound just below his left shoulder. Exasperated with himself at the circumstances that found him in the ER, he was also extremely worried about the lack of news concerning his little brother.
Hissing at the sudden pain that erupted from his shoulder, he barely acknowledged the apologetic smile the nurse gave. Looking away from her and back towards the doors that hid Sam from him, Dean could only just stop himself from sagging with how spent and exhausted he was.
Stupid werewolves.
