BPOV
I remembered it like it was yesterday.
Our wedding had been small, compared to what Alice had wanted to originally. However, Edward and I managed to work it down to a manageable level.
Most of Forks was invited, and I had Alice as my maid of honor, with Angela, Esme, and Rosalie as my bridesmaids.
Rosalie and I had gotten along very well since our discussion that one night, and I would even dare to say we were on our way to becoming friends.
My dress had been beautiful, from the 1920's era. I will never forget the love I saw in Edward's eyes as he saw me walking up the aisle. I was sure that love was reflected in my own eyes.
We got through our vows just fine, and Edward, collaborating with Rosalie, had threatened Emmett with the well-being of his Jeep if he didn't behave. Needless to say, he did.
The reception was priceless- no amount of threatening could've kept Emmett from making an embarrassing speech, much to Edward's dismay.
I wasn't let off too easily, either. I must've turned fifty different colors of red that night, especially with all the references to the "wedding night" everyone made.
Before I knew it, we were cutting the cake, (Emmett made a distraction, so Edward didn't have to eat any) and then came the father/daughter dance.
Charlie and I both cried, and I'm sure we weren't the only ones. Edward stepped in, and I discreetly stepped on his shoes so I wouldn't have to dance myself. I wasn't sure if I could in my state. He understood.
My biggest surprise came when Rosalie walked up to the mike, claiming that she "wanted to give me her wedding gift". Imagine my surprise when, following her instructions, I walked outside to find my truck.
But it wasn't just my truck anymore- it had a new coat of paint, new seats, and I was sure that she had souped up the engine as well, to fit my new need for speed one I was turned.
I turned to Edward, who was surely in on it, due to the lack of surprise on his face. I gave him a questioning look.
"Well," he said, "If you wouldn't let us buy you a new car, this was the next best thing." I felt tears well up in my eyes, and turned to Rosalie, mouthing a silent "Thank you". She mouthed a silent "You're welcome." right back at me.
All too soon, the reception ended. Edward and I walked outside, amid thrown rice and many a heartfelt goodbye. I was sure that I would never see most, if not all of them again.
My truck was gone, replaced by Edward's Aston Martin Vanquish. I gave him a look.
"What? It's the special occasion car, remember?"
He nuzzled up to my ear and whispered,
"And I think this constitutes a very special occasion."
I was pulled from my reverie as I heard a familiar voice in my ear again.
"Bella…" he whispered, "Are you there?"
I looked around, seeing the very familiar meadow. I remembered where we were, and what day it was.
"Happy 100th Anniversary, Bella.", he whispered as twilight fell around us.
