-1The Jedi code was all that she had. After her parents died after getting involved in a bounty hunter's business, a Jedi master raised and trained her. How lucky she was to have been force sensitive. Yet sometimes, she thinks how she would be better off. There's always been..adark..desire in her heart…something that eats away in her mind, that tells her that it's not the place to be. That they are just lying to her about the way a Jedi code should be.

But, yet again, she came to a decision that she had no where else to go. After all, it was Master Yan, her master, who saved her. She did owe him her life.

Even the other Jedi masters grew concern over her. They talk and whisper. But she can hear them clearly.

"Sayna cannot be trusted…." one of them would say.

Another agreed," I can faintly see darkness in her. It may be best to stop her training now to where she wont be dangerous."

But old Master Yan would always take her side, saying that he knew if she was, he would have already been dead by her hands. When he walked away from the others to her, he would see a faint smile on her face.

"what is it, Sayna?"

"Nothing," Sayna silently giggled," thanks, Master Yan…"

Its not as if she wanted to be dark, but its always been that way. Behind her masters back, she would play around with dark-side powers. It was foolish of Master Yan not to notice, but he didn't. Sayna didn't even know where she picked the tricks up at. One day, she just did. She touched a rat one day in the field, and a red glow surrounded it as it struggled for air. Sayna started to notice, while watching the rat die, she was getting stronger.

She had asked master Yan what trick it was, not telling him she had done it.

"well, it's a dark side power, life draining. Why do you ask?"

"Just a rumor I heard from other padawans," she gulped," I wanted to know if it was real."

Sayna, now in her twenties, blocked her own thoughts with her masters training. This way, she could be in peace.

He was powerful, but not known. Dark lord of the sith, but no one knew. Not until his master made of move to let themselves known. It was like playing chess to his master, and he as the pawn. And he as the pawn would do as his lord says, running "errands", getting ready for the attack to take down the republic.

When his lord found him, he was pretty much nothing. His lord made him into a true warrior, baring him the name "Maul". That was the reason why, knowing his lord thought of him as only a tool and nothing more, she didn't care.

He owed hi his life. And that's what he gave him.

Not once did Maul disobey him, or think seconds thought to his commands, He was the most loyal living being in the galaxy. He was his masters little doggie. He knew after the last test, killing his master was an option of course, but he never made the decision to.

Maul never thought about his childhood. Or, rather, he couldn't. as the dark-side consumed him, he was loosing his memory. And as the rage within him grew, he no longer cared.

As his rage grew, the rest of his emotions began to decay. Now, all but anger was left. Anger toward the Jedi. he didn't even know why he hated them. He just did.

Another mission was in prepare for him now.
