Well, it's been awhile, hasn't it?
Well I've been pretty busy, and honestly completely forgot about fanfiction lol.
Enough talking now me! Time for the story!
Evolve character story: Kala
23 hours after experiment. 1:38 AM
What have I become? I've tried and tried but still, I can't crack it. These monsters, this planet. What's to say that they'll evolve into something even smarter? What if they get off of Shear and start spreading? I move my new Wraith like fingers around, hoping that they'll disappear and that this was all a dream. Deep inside I admit that this is reality, but I overall refuse to admit it. I sit up slowly, still not use to the new large hand I have, and I stare blankly at the steel walls. They contained me, quarantined me, tried to experiment on me. That's what I have become. This was my choice, and now the only thing I have to try and do is admit it to myself so I don't hurt anyone I care about. My eye blinks once, and only once, then I fall back to sleep, preparing for the nightmares to face me again, but they don't come. My half monster brain doesn't feel like torturing me tonight I suppose.
27 hours after experiment. 5:38 AM
"Rise and shine Kala, another day awaits you," a voice I don't recognize says through the speaker right above the door. Another day, huh? Let's see what's in store for me this time. I open my eye and flinch at the light. I sit up, get off the bed and stand in front of the door, waiting for the green light to come on so I can leave this extremely small room. Is everyone out? I hear from across the door. Alright, turn it on then. I take a deep breath, now's my chance to do what a half monster would want to do.
