Lover's Death
Disclaimer: I do not own Naruto or any characters from Naruto. The day that DOES happen will be the day cars fly.
WARNING! There is a tiny hint of yaoi in here. If you don't like it, then don't read it.
WARNING 2! There is angst in this fic! And a lot of it too!
WARNING 3! I am partialy insane! This is a proven fact!
Now that those wretched things are taken care of, I can get started with the fic. I just hope you like it, and please review at the end! Thank you!
It all happened too fast for any of them to realize it. Blood splashed everywhere when the kunai had hit the blonde with enough force to go all the way through his chest. Right where his heart was, there was now a hole. Sasuke could only watch in horror as his lover fell to the ground, eyes blank and lifeless, his heart unable to continue pumping his life blood through out his body.
A single tear fell from Sasuke's eye and in that moment of weakness, one of the enemy ninja threw a punch to his stomach. He doubled over in pain, unable to fight back from the grief at the loss of his best friend and lover.
That was when a sudden rage came over him. The voice in the back of his head rang out, 'They killed him. They took him from me. They will pay!' The black marks started to spread accross his body, a great power surged through his veins. He would take care of these fools now, and grieve for his lover later.
He stood up from his spot in the dirt and faced the enemy Mist Ninja with a ferocity he had never shown before. Not even when the curse mark spread for the first time. But the situations had changed. Back then, it was only to help Sakura, or so everyone thought. It was actually to protect Naruto from three little sound ninja while he was unconsious. This time, it was to avenge his lover's death.
Faster than any of them could blink, Sasuke had stabbed at least one kunai into the heart of every single Mist Ninja that surrounded him and his fallen lover. The enemies all fell simultaniously. Sasuke panted heavily, starting to calm down enough for the marks to retriet. He fell onto his hands and knees, compleatly exausted from using the power of the curse.
He built up enough strength to move closer to Naruto's body. It lay among the dirt and leaves scattered all around him. Sasuke touched Naruto's now cold and lifeless cheek. he then leaned in and planted his lips firmly on Naruto's. Their final kiss. Sasuke lifted himself from Naruto.
"I will never leave you side, Naruto," he said, picking up a nearby kunai. "Let us both rest here together. Undisterbed by every one."
With that, Sasuke plunged the kunaias deep into his heart as possible. He gave a grunt of painas he fell on Naruto's corpse, slowely, painfully dieing. His heart painfully struggled with pumping blood through out his body for about two minutes. A small smile crossed his lips as he whispered his final words.
"I'm coming for you...Naruto."
And Sasuke finaly died.
