She's walking down

The same old street

Her eyes clouded

With things unseen

All the memories

That they shared here

Dance before her eyes

As she starts to cry

She remembers his laugh

The way used to smile

How he'd run his fingers

Through his hair

All the times they spent together

All the laughter all the tears

She never told him how she felt

And it's too late now

All the moments they had together

All the laughter they shared

She pulls them to her heart

Holds them close won't let them go

They're all she has left

Through the rain of misery

She looks down the street

They used to walk together and

She now walks alone

She remembers his laugh

The way he used to smile

How he'd run his fingers

Through his hair

All the times they spent together

All the laughter all the tears

She never told him how she felt

And it's too late now

She looks up to the grey sky

Rain mingling with her tears

And she screams demanding that whoever

Destroyed her life put it back to right

Lightning flashes near her

She has no more fear

Her rage and her sorrow

Made all else disappear

She remembers his laugh

The way he used to smile

How he'd run his fingers

Through his hair

All the times they spent together

All the laughter all the tears

She never told him how she felt

And it's too late now

She sinks to her knees

Crying all she can

'Cause she needs him more

Than either imagined

And the road's the school floor

And the thunder is the shots

And the rain's the blood

Spilling out on to her hands

She remembers his laugh

It won't ring out again

And his smile's gone now

She has just a ghost of him

All the times they spent together

Over now and so she cries

She never told him how she felt

And now he's gone and it's too late
