Appearance: Bright red curly hair slightly ragged and past shoulder length, Tall for her age obviously with pale white skin. Her wing color is a dark crimson red
Personality:Not very sociable or talkative unless it's with her inner circle. Very protective yet easily confused but her traits don't hold her back when she gets temperamental
Abilities: Cleo has the ability to let off a flash that stuns anyone with open eyes near by
Notes: Her father gave Cleo away to a School in Nevada for a big check to pay off old gambling bets.
