Mario watched as various clouds went by high in the clear blue sky, thinking to himself as he rubbed his chin with his left hand.
"You know, I haven't done any jumping recently..." Mario said to himself while standing in the garden surrounding his home, nodding his head. "Perhaps I should put my best foot forward. I'm going to go see what's stored in those clouds!"
Luigi came out of the house as he finished writing his diary, only to see that Mario was climbing up the tree, then proceeding to make a high jump onto the closest cloud, making the green capped Mario Brother murmur.
"Why doesn't he ask me to come with him...?" Luigi muttered as he didn't like being ignored.
Mario was now getting higher into the sky, jumping from cloud to cloud as he tried his best to not lose his balance. Eventually Mario noticed one huge dark cloud, with thunder booming from within it as he noticed it had plenty of different colored sparkles.
"Now that is rather concerning..." Mario stated as he adjusted his red cap, taking a dash to it as he was willing to see what was hiding within the cloud.
Dry Bowser was looking at a map of the race courses as he rubbed his bony chin, squinting his eyes as he nodded his skull. "Hmm... it's been a while since we've done anything with them."
"Then why don't we go out and look for them?" Dry Bones commented as he was spinning around his own skull as he was tilting the chair he was sitting on, accidentally going too far as he broke his chair and split off into various bones.
Dry Bowser squinted his eyes at his bony reptilian partner as he seemed disappointed in his accomplice. "Because they'll come to us. I know how they are, much to my dismay..."
