Episode1: Flashback
It was a beautiful day at Xavier's Institute for Higher Learning. A group of students were playing soccer on the front lawn. Logan was about to leave on a motorcycle trip, Professor Xavier seemed to be having a good day. Jean and Scott were fighting again, no one knows what was going on with them, last night they got locked out of the mansion to work out their problems and ended up setting off the security system. The last thing Kitty overheard was Jean saying that it was Logan that Scott had to apologize to. I don't know what that was all about but whatever was going on they seriously needed to work it out. Suddenly there was a loud explosion. The mansion was destroyed and everyone was accounted for except for Charles and Jean. Storm had left for Africa and later joined again. Charles was left in a coma and was found on Genoshia. Emma Frost Joined the team temporarily.
After being found Jean was kidnapped by the Inner Circle, who was trying to destroy the Phoenix Force, which got loose in the city. Emma turned to diamond form and while destroying the Phoenix Force, also destroyed herself. While all this went on, the X-Men have broken up, stolen a MRD helicopter, reunited, wrecked the stolen MRD helicopter, broke into Magneto's house, teamed up with a thief, found the missing two members, rescued a few young mutants who couldn't control their powers, destroyed several thousand Sentinels, and somehow fixed the future while keeping their butts alive.
