Second Office story, and it's super fluffy! Read and review, and check out my other stories! Enjoy!

It was 5:30 and everyone had left the office. Everyone except Jim, that is. No one in the office knew why he stayed, and they didn't care enough to ask why. Jim was the only person who stayed that late. Well, him and Pam were the only ones. That was his real reason. When he finally decided to pack up and leave, he groaned, remembering that his car was in the shop and he was forced to drive the rusty old pickup truck he drove in college. When he walked out of the elevator and into the lobby, he saw Pam sitting on the benches, pressing buttons on her phone.

"Hey." he said, curiosity in his voice. She jumped, obviously startled by his presence.

"Hey." she said, her voice low and sad.

"Whats up?" Jim sat down next to her and she shut her phone and slipped it into her bag.

"Roy's with his friend at his vacation house in Colorado and my car needs new breaks. I've been trying my mom's phone for a while, since she's closest to my house, but she's not answering." she said it all so fast, Jim was trying to make sense of what she had said.

"Yeah, my car's in the shop too, but I have my old - and I mean old - pickup truck. I can give you a ride home, if you need one." She looked up at him gratefully.

"Really? But I thought you lived the opposite way I lived."

"Well, yeah, but you don't think I'm going t leave you in here alone with Hank, do you?" Jim leaned down to whisper in her ear. "Between you and me, I don't trust him." he said with a nod of his head towards the fifty-something year old security guard who was asleep at his desk. Pam let out a giggle.

"Okay. Thanks." They left the office building together towards the other side of the parking lot.

"So how old is your car exactly?" Pam wondered

"Um, let's just say that it was my grandpa's first, then my dad's and now it's mine, so yeah, it's pretty old." They reached the car and Jim's face lit up and he had an impish grin plastered on his face.

"Hey, the seat belt doesn't work well on this side, so you'll have to sit in the middle seat up front." Jim said as he opened the door for Pam, knowing full well that that seat belt worked perfectly fine.

"Oh, okay. That's fine." she said as he helped her up into the car. Jim rounded the car and opened the creaky driver's side door and slid into the car, putting the keys into the ignition.

Pam gave Jim directions to her home, but he remembered from the few times he'd been over there. Jim didn't tell her this, because when she'd lean over towards him their knees would touch and he'd feel as if his entire body was on fire. When they finally arrived at Pam's house, she unstrapped, grabbed her bag and hopped out of the car.

"Oh, hey, let me walk you to your door." Jim said, wanting to spend as much time with her as possible.

"Oh, okay, that's really nice of you. Thanks." she replied, a slight blush appearing on her face. They two walked through the grass until they reached the front steps to Pam's house. Jim scratched the back of his neck awkwardly.

"Well, this is it." she said, unlocking her front door.

"I guess I'll see you at work tomorrow. Bye."

"Bye." she said with a quick smile. Jim turned to walk away, but Pam stopped him. "By the way, thanks for the ride. Oh, and that was really smooth, pretending that the seat belt didn't work. It was sweet. Night!"

Jim walked away with a huge smile on his face, 'I love this girl.' he thought to himself.

Fluffy fluffy fluff fluff fluff. I love Jim and Pam, don't you? Of course you do, because Jim and Pam are love, and love makes the world go round! Kayy, so please review, because reviews also equal love!
