A.N I wish I owned it but I don't
Kirk lay on the ground his life blood flowing out onto the purple ground of this strange world not even the pressure kept on the wound by his pale first officer could stop it.
"S...spock." He whispered, before coughing harshly. "I'm sorry."
"Captain do not speak conserve your energy." He said.
"No I...I have to tell now...I'm dying and we bo-" He said with a cough blood splashing on the front of his first officer's uniform. "Both know it." He said his voice softer and weaker. "I love you Spock I will always love you."
Spock looked at his captain shocked; he could feel the truth and honesty through his touch telepathy. "No you can't say that you can't die we...I need you." He said his usually emotionless voice laced with pain and sadness.
"Spock just know that I love you and look after... The Enterprise and the crew..." He said with another hacking cough which seemed to use up the last of his energy, his voice going so soft that only a Vulcan could hear it. "And Yourself." He said as his heart stuttered to a halt because all of his life giving blood had spilled into the ground staining it red.
Spock looked down at his hands and shuddered they were covered with his cap... Jim's blood. He looked at the phaser lying next to Jim's body and takes it into his hand he points it towards the entrance to the cave as one of the hostile natives enters holding a gun. He shoots and hears the footsteps of more men coming suddenly he is unable to think properly all he can think of is that Jim was dead, his t'hy'la was dead he looked up as another man entered he got up and ran towards the man with a howl of rage he killed that rebel and more that entered suffering countless wounds himself, staining the ground with blood red, green and blue. After awhile the rebels stopped coming and there was silence so profound as if the whole planet was holding its breath to see what happened next.
He can feel his blood leaving his body and staggered back over to the body of his T'hy'la and inter twined their hands in a Vulcan kiss a small smile on his face as he feels himself slip away to join his beloved his soulmate in death.
