After eating his usual breakfast (pancakes with lots of maple syrup) the Canadian ventured outside to see if any nations had actually remembered his birthday. On the porch was a box that said

Something I think Russia will enjoy on you.
Picking up the box, he placed it inside, and then grabbed his mail from the mail box. Sitting down on his couch, he opened up the box. Inside was a French maid outfit. He should have known. Scanning through the mail, he saw a birthday card from America and England, as well as the Netherlands and Australia, and a few other countries. Last in the pile of mail, was a piece of paper that looked like it had been ripped out of a notebook. On it was written
I had to go out for awhile. Be back soon.
