Chapter 1: Twins

Annabeth's POV
"OW! Percy, it hurts!" I moaned. Carrying twins around in your stomach for 9 months isn't all that fun. "It's okay, Wise Girl, The due date is only a week away. What could go wrong?" Percy said. "Wow, it's been Ten years since Gaea was stopped and two years since we got married and You are still a seaweed brain! I replied He stuck his tongue out at me, but the expression on his face said I love you. It was nighttime and I was reading a book in bed. Percy was just cuddling up against me. A moment of silence passed between us. Then, suddenly a sharp pain ripped its way through my stomach. I screamed in pain. Percy shot out of bed and said, "Are you alright? "It's time, Percy." I said as calmly as I could. So, basically, I was screaming. Percy ran over and picked me up like I was a feather. He ran as fast as he could to the car and laid me down in the back." It's going to be okay, Annabeth. Just hold on." he whispered before climbing in the front. We sped up the road to the hospital. Percy parked quickly, then he picked me up and walked to the ER. "Can we have a doctor, my wife is in labor." He said to the lady at the desk. My doctor rushed me into an open room. Then the doctor put me to sleep. In my dreams Athena visited. "You have done well, my daughter. Don't screw up now." is all she said. Then I woke up to 2 sea green eyes staring down at me. " The girls are born. You did great, Annabeth." Percy said with a grin. "Oh, when can I hold them!" I said, but then the doctor came in and said "The girls are fine, but we need you to think up some names." "Sure." Percy and I said in unison.
