Banjo and Kazooie were going through the dank Bubblegloop Swamp just so they could transform into a snapping crocodile again. Well that little stint of theirs would have to wait, as they saw an odd puppet themed frog playing on a banjo, which confused the bear and bird duo. Little did they know that this stuffed looking amphibian was the one and only Kermit The Frog!
"Hey Banjo, what's up with that frog?" Kazooie asked as she had her usual smug look.
Banjo rubbed his chin as he murmured. "I dunno, Kazooie, he seems like he's having a good time over there..."
"Hello! Kermit the frog here, and I'm here just playing on my banjo... because I feel a rainbow connection around here." Kermit introduced as he turned to Banjo and Kazooie. "I see that you two have a connection with each other, huh?"
"Well you could say that." Kazooie remarked as she rubbed the back of her feathery head with one of her red wings.
Banjo cleared his throat as he introduced himself. "Well Mr. Kermit, I'm Banjo and this is Kazooie. We're collecting jiggies."
"Oh, you mean those jigsaw pieces that's over there?" Kermit stated as he pointed to several of the Muppets attempting and failing to get the jiggies. "My buddies have been trying to get them, but I don't think they have any luck."
"Seems like they could use some help," Banjo responded as he watched on.
Kazooie chuckled as she rolled her eyes. "They're going to need more than help to get those..."
"Well I better go and help them. Can't let them run around flailing their arms about," Kermit explained as he placed away his banjo and got off the log, heading towards his Muppet friends.
Banjo and Kazooie exchanged looks as they wondered if they should follow Kermit or go back to wandering around the expansive swamp endlessly.
