It's been some time since Rebekah departed from New Orleans… Leaving everyone behind, her family, friends and all she knows just to be free? Marcel shouldn't have done what he had… he should have gone with her. Now he's here wondering what she's doing... Who she's with… Where she's at. If she's safe? But most of all who's lovin' her.
For sure he's lost her for good. Each time he attempts to give her a ring. He talks himself out of it. He wouldn't be able to handle it if she found someone else. That would make his deepest, darkest nightmare a reality.
If he does give her phone a ring what will he say? What would she say to him in return? Would she tell him that she's loving someone else? And that someone else isn't him? No, he can't…
He regrets breaking her heart again. Regrets making her cry for his stupid choices in life. He's the one that has to live with the pain each damn night. Wishing to hold her in his arms again. She's just a phone call away.
Pulling out his phone from his back pocket, he quickly scrolls through his contacts. His emotions battling each other. He loves her… and needs her beside him. As he finds the icon with her picture and name he taps it. The screen gives him options on what to do next. As his index finger lingers above the call button he ponders. Releasing a sigh, he shakes his head and turns the screen off and pockets the phone.
'Who are you lovin' tonight, Rebekah?' Marcel reflects to himself.
There you have it. I guess i wanted to do something were he wants to call but doesn't. Like Girlfriend. This song was one of my favorites and still is. i hope you guys enjoyed it.-JasZ
