" Your Not Alone"
Although Onyx was thinking to himself he knew the others knew there was something wrong. "Should we?" Pearl whispered. Garnet nodded and Amethyst gave a look of determination. " Onyx." Pearl said. Onyx looked at her, and sat up. " Yeah Pearl what's up?" he said in a dull half asleep type of voice. " Well ….." she hesitated " Amethyst and Steven told us what happened." she said calm and slowly. " Yeah that's fine I figured they would." he got up. " So what? Do you want to talk about it?" Pearl rubbed the back of her head, but Garnet wasted no time. " Onyx we know your different but, not why you are." Garnet said with a firm voice. " All you know is that I'm disposable." he said with anger in his tone. " Amethyst felt a pain from those words. " Amethyst you know I'm right. It's why I was created right? I'm just a disposable gem who's sent to it's death in hope of destroying something else." he got even more angry. " You don't see a Pearl, Ruby, Sapphire, or even Amethyst doing that!" Pearl only got angry with what he was saying. " I'm a rock in comparison to you!" " Onyx calm down!" Garnet finally screamed. " You're not a rock. You're a gem like the rest of us." Onyx started to calm down.
"I'm sorry." he said calmly. " I didn't mean to get so angry." he looked at Pearl. She stomped towards him and slapped him across his face. " Never say your disposable you idiot!" she started to break into tears and hugged him. He hugged her back. Garnet smiled, but Amethyst looked like she was about to cry too. Amethyst joined the hug, and out of no where Steven did as well. After that Garnet felt the need to join in and picked up all four of them to join the hug. Onyx smiled and enjoyed the moment. When it stopped he started to tear up again. " Why are you crying." Pearl said. " I'm happy..." Onyx rubbed his eyes. He sniffled " Thank you." he said to all of them. He brought up the bubble from the other day, and handed it to Garnet. Onyx was done feeling sorry for himself. " Well as long as I'm still friends with you I want to make the most of it." He took Pearls hand, and ran outside. Onyx went to the shore line as the sun was about to go down. Pearl and the other gems joined him. They looked at the sunset, and then back at Onyx dazzled by the sight. Steven started to play his guitar as the sun slowly went down. Onyx smiled at him, and the others. But, when he looked back at them, they were already smiling. He scratched the back of his head nervously and was blushing.
The gems were happy to see him in a cheerful mood. " I seriously do appreciate everything you've done for me." he said that knowing that this moment never had to happen." We know!" Steven said. " Yeah stop being so formal just chill." Amethyst said. The other two nodded to there answers. Onyx smiled even more, but decided to stand up. The sun had finally went down as Onyx started to stretch. " Okay enough of me being a drama queen let's get back inside. He ran into the house along with the others. Steven started to yawn, and even though Onyx didn't need to sleep he decided to yawn as well. " Hey Steven you getting sleepy...yawn." Steven smirked " No, yawn... you? He grinned " I don't sleep." Steven started to dose off. " Reeaall...yy...well..I.." Steven passed out cold. " I beat you." Onyx said as Garnet carried Steven upstairs. " Again Tha..." Onyx was cut off by Pearls hand. " Shhhh... we know." Onyx smiled and then went to the couch and started to sleep. His thoughts before dosing off were " I really needed that."
