a/n: Hello, LazyTown fandom! So yeah, I made a fanfiction for my fave rarepair, Stingy and Trixie. They're so adorable /
(also, I apologize if this is kind of cheesy/bad, it's my first fanfiction ever, haha. ^^;; Anyways, I hope you enjoy the first chapter~)
"Down, down, turn around! Having fun is what it's all about~!" Stephanie concluded her usual song and struck a pose while the others kids cheered. Afterwards, the citizens of LazyTown went their separate ways, except Stephanie and Trixie, who were walking together.
"That was really brave of you, Trixie," Stephanie said.
"Thanks, Pinky," Trixie replied.
"I know that you and Stingy don't get along very well, but the fact that you were the one who saved him from falling," she smiled, "that was really nice."
A small but noticeable blush appeared on Trixie's cheeks.
"Yeah…" she muttered.
The two were silent for a few moments, then Stephanie spoke up.
"Well, I'll see you later, Trixie," She waved and began to walk in a different direction.
"Bye, Pinky!" Trixie called.
"Bye!" She said back.
When Trixie was left walking alone on the path, she couldn't help but question her own decisions.
Why was I the one who saved him?
Unless I…
No.
No way. I couldn't possibly-
It just seemed so stupid. Her having a crush on him? Everyone in LazyTown knew that she and and Stingy were the twosome who got along the least out of all the kids. They constantly picked fights with each other left and right to the point where everyone thought they hated each other. However, there were some exceptions. She might've kissed him after he gave Sportacus' crystal back, and saved him from falling from his treehouse, and danced with him while Stephanie was singing…
But it wasn't like she liked him, or anything like that.
Trixie frustratingly sighed as she plopped down on a bench, her hand resting on her cheek. She didn't feel like herself at all.
I'm probably just thinking too much, she thought. I do NOT have a crush on Stingy, I do NOT have any feelings for that yellow twerp whatsoever, I do NOT-
The trickster's thoughts were interrupted by a sudden landing to the pavement by none other than the slightly-above-average superhero.
"Hello, Trixie!" Sportacus greeted.
"Hey..." Trixie apathetically replied, lifting her hand up and giving a slight wave.
Sportacus' face suddenly dropped. "You don't look very happy," he kneeled down. "What's wrong?"
"I'm just…" Trixie tried to quickly think of a lie. "I'm...just tired."
However, she knew she could trust Sportacus for advice and help. But she just couldn't. What if he told the others, including Stingy? What if everyone made fun of her? Besides, that was her job.
"Well, Trixie, you know what's always helpful for a quick burst of energy?"
Trixie placed her hand on her chin. "Um…"
Sportacus grinned. You know it, Trixie!
"Oh, Sports Candy!" She gave a slight chuckle.
"You got it!" Sportacus exclaimed. "Follow me."
He backflipped all the way to the nearest apple tree while Trixie sheepishly followed. Once they arrived at the tree, Sportacus stopped Trixie in front of it.
"Now, hold out your hands."
Trixie did exactly as he said, while Sportacus grabbed a soccer ball sitting at the base of the tree and threw it directly at the apple above her hands. The fruit immediately landed in her palms.
"Thanks, Sportacus," Trixie acknowledged.
"You're welcome," He replied, then caught sight of the other kids playing two-on-two basketball in the distance. "How about you go play with your friends? I'll come with you."
"Okay..." she replied, and took a bite out of the apple.
