I was walking through the forest. I was all alone. Well, alone that is, if you don't count Rin Jaken. We were searching for that insolent half-brother of mine. That's when I saw her.


She was travelling with InuYasha. She was so beautiful, I couldn't take my eyes off of her. I beckoned Rin and Jaken to hide behind a bush with me.


And so we waited for her to come into full sight. I looked on in wonder as she smiled and laughed with her companions, making all sorts of happy noises.


She sat down with them, as they took a break, and she drank from the stream. She was gorgeous. Rin and Jaken began to fall asleep, since we had been watching....her....for several hours.


InuYasha, idiot that he is, saw me after a while. He immediately drew the Tetsusaiga. I prepared to battle, never taking my eyes from her.


I think she saw me staring at her beauty, for she made a motion that suggested she wanted to see me later.


After a short battle, I left InuYasha unconscious, sparing his life until the next time we were fated to meet.


That night, I snuck over to where she was sleeping. Bleary eyed, she looked up at me. Once again, her beauty shocked me. I knew I had finally found the perfect mate.


I motioned for her to follow me into the forest, and she willingly accompanied me.


Once we found a clearing where I was sure we were alone and far out of ear shot, I pulled her into my lap.


I love you. She just looked up at me and blinked. And then I kissed her.


It wasn't one of those short little pecks that you often see, it was a warm, passionate kiss, that seemed to last an eternity.


When we finally pulled away, I said the only thing I could think to say: Oh, Kirara!
