Okay, I've been away forever, but I figured that I treat you with a present and create a whole new series! YAY, MORE WORK FOR MEEE! ANYWAYS. Enjoy. This idea was induced by Ash-Dragon-Wolf's rocketchu, by the by.

Disclaimer: I do not own Pokemon, but I probably own ALMOST all of the characters in this fanfiction.

A scientist in a black lab coat studied various glass tanks with pokemon in them. Cords and plugs were attached to them in various areas, and a strange colored liquid kept them afloat. All of their eyes were closed, and they were curled up tightly, as if they were cold. It was a rather cold place at Team Rocket headquarters, so nobody could really blame them.

"Hm, this Eevee is doing okay, I might have to give this Houndour some shots later…" The scientist mumbled, scribbling down all of the things on a notepad. He glanced up as he came up to a particular glass tank, which contained one of the first successful attempts at trying to clone an evolved pokemon. He smiled in spite of himself, laying a hand on the cold glass.

"Ah, and I see you're doing okay…" He mumbled, not even bothering to write down notes onto the notepad. Sure, the Umbreon's markings were red, it's fur was dark grey, and it had a wolf like tail and weird ears, but nevertheless, it was a whopping success. He clenched his fist and pulled it away quickly at the sound of beeping, glancing down at a small screen that sat at the base of the glass tank. It was a monitor of the experiment's brain waves, and they were off the chart! He looked back up at the Umbreon. It seemed undisturbed, and it looked as if it was sleeping soundly until…

Red eyes snapped open, a black pupil quickly dilating into the crimson iris. A low growl erupted from a pitch black Umbreon, its red rings glowing eerily. The scientist stumbled backwards, his mouth agape. Hadn't the Umbreon been grey only a moment ago?

The Umbreon opened its mouth and power began to gather within its jaws. The scientist gulped. "Uh, maybe I shouldn't have used the Hyper Beam TM on it…" He stuttered, right before the Umbreon released the beam and shattered the glass into dust-like fragments. It jumped to the ground, ignoring the glass and the liquid that was pouring from its tank.

It growled, glaring at the cowering scientist menacingly. The scientist gulped once more. "Maybe you shouldn't have been a success…" He mumbled.
