And so she runs to her room, crying.

Nudge glares at me and runs across the hallway, to Angel's room.

Gasman and Iggy are playing video games. Angel is crying because she can't get this dumb doll that talks. It's not my fault we can't afford it! It was freaking $50! Fang walks to me and kisses my cheek, giving me the face that says "it's okay.." But at that moment Iggy screams and tells everybody to run, and people crash into the glass windows, holding guns. Fang and I nod, then run to them, while the children are behind us, shivering with fear. Our wings burst out. And we fly to kick some butt.

Fang kicks someone's face and I punch someone chest. That went on for about 20 minuets until one grabs me by the waist And smashes me to the ground. The strength felt so familiar. I think I passed out, but before I did, I heard three things. 1: Goodbye, Maximum. 2: Max, you aren't going to die, you have to get energy! And I hear 5 people say: MAX!

It was Blood.

Blood became the leader of the Erasers ever since I killed Ari. I thought if he died then the Erasers would never come back, well I thought wrong. And guess what, the Voice came back. The one that would tell me things during, before, and after my brain attacks. He told me I wasn't going to die, I had to get energy. If I hae enough energy, I would tell him how to get it and why he had come back. And of course, the flock had to yell Max very loud, Angel being the loudest.

FANG'S POV

We all thought she was dead. We all looked at each other, and nodded, holding back the tears. I couldn't bare seeing my Max on the ground lifeless. We had so many great times together. Like when we were 15, we both PRANKED Gasman that Nudge had a boyfriend, and he cried. But no more memories arE to be made no more. She was the funniest most amazing person I have ever met, but I never sho-

"You're turn, Fang." Blood yells from a distance.

My eyes widen and my wings burst out and I fly to escape, but he grabbed my ankle and pulled me down. He pulls my hair and I notice it is pretty long. Max was right, I should get it cut. If I don't die.

I kick Blood's neck, but that was nothing after he grabs my neck and throws me on the ground. From the corner of my eye, I see Angel holding Nudge's hand, crying so much I can hear. Gasman and Iggy are crying aswell as Nudge. Everyone is looking at me, waiting for me to kick his butt. But I didn't. I just let him punch me and scratch me, waiting for the right time.

ANGEL'S POV

What was he doing?! He is letting himself get hurt! I have to go help him! I try to wiggle out of Nudge's arms but she is too strong. I begin yelling and yelling before it happens. Blood chokes him and Fang's eyes become red. What was happening. I Tried to read Fang's mind. He said "Now!" And he kicks him in a place where Max told me never to hit or kick.

"OW!"

Fang's eyes turn back to dark brown. He then runs towards Blood and slaps him in the face. Then he grabs his neck, picks him up, and throws him to the wall, killing him fair and square! Max would have covered my eyes, but my eyes were wide open now! Wait a second..where was Max? Oh there she is! She's on the floor...her eyes are closed...nothing in her mind.

"MAX!" I yell. One arm gets free and I try to reach for Max. Fang looks at me, and in his mind, he says "I'm Sorry, Angel." Tears begin to flow down my face like a river. Everyone crawls to Max, crying. Even Fang is crying. Fang was in love with Max. And they would kiss each other like 100,000,000 times per minute! So of course, I felt bad for Fang. I put my hand in his, he put his hand in Nudge's, Nudge put her hand in Iggy's, and so on, u tile we made a circle around Maximum Ride.
