Twinkle Twinkle

Once there twinkled little stars,

Shining across space afar.

Said to fill the night with gleam,

And now they're gone, their light unseen.

They say they shone with diamond light,

Say they shone with glow so bright.

But now each and every diamond's gone,

And on us no light shines upon.

We have some recourse, little lights,

Breaking up the flow of fights.

But when day ends we're left in dark,

Left without starlight's little spark.

Where did all the diamonds go?

Why did they leave us all below?

They left us with an empty sky.

Through the darkness nothing flies.

So no more you twinkle, long lost stars.

Diamonds that shone from afar.

We've lost your comfort, lost your light,

Now all we have is empty night.
