Knock knock.
"U-Um...Wait there!"
Ruka put down the wireless remote to his game after pausing it. Who could be knocking at this time of day!? Just when he was about to infiltrate the mother ship too!! He sighed while getting up and straightening his clothes and opening the front door.
What he saw was not expected. At all.
"Happy Easter~!" Smiled a young brunette cheerfully before placing a wrapped chocolate egg in the boys hand and giggling.
Although that was not what surprised the blond. What really caught his attention was that the girl in front of him was dressed in a full bunny cosplay complete with ears and tail. The outfit was made up of a pink and white frilly tutu, tube top and many many ribbons. Altogether, it was undeniably cute.
But Mikan plus cute outfits always equalled trouble for our animal loving friend. The usual blush that spread his cheeks intensified as he stood there and stuttered about nothing in particular, trying to make eye contact with the girl.
"Ruka-pyon...is something wrong...?" The brunette questioned, she was used to Ruka not talking to her much...But she wanted a thank you at least.
'Oh no...Maybe he's ill...' Mikan started to worry she walked in and placed and hand on his forehead, of course, this only drove the boy crazier.
"Your burning up! I'll go call the nurse!" She quickly made her way to the door, dropping the basket of goodies she had and legged it to the door.
"Sakura wait!" The loud outburst from Ruka surprised the bunny-girl. She felt his hand on her wristn stopping her from going any further,, all she could do was stare at him in confusion.
"T-Thank you. You look very...um..cute in that outfit." And with that, he gave her a confident heart-warming smile and let go of her wrist.
"O-Oh...Thank you..." Mikan didn't know why she suddenly felt so nervous.
"Happy Easter, Sakura." The blond beamed, his sky blue eyes glimmering.
"Hehe, if Ruka-pyon liked this outfit so much, I'll wear it more often for you!"
"Wait, what?"
She ran out grabbing her things and giggling sheepishly, leaving Ruka shocked and blushing again.
Some people never change.
Knock knock.
...
"Happy Easter~!"
"What the hell are you wearing polka-dots?"
...
"PERVERRRRRRRRRTTT!!"
