One (good) Day
My dear William,
I trust you are well and keeping up with your studies. Enclosed in your Mama's package, you will find the present I promised to send you. I hope one day, when you are older, that you will accompany me on one of my voyages to this most wondrous of lands to see the original upon which this figurine was modelled.
My ship leaves for home soon. Until then, be a brave boy and take care of your dear Mama in my absence.
Your loving Papa.
William turned the jade dragon over in his hands. "One day, Papa."
