Chapter One

After the climactic battle of good and evil between Goku and Majin-Buu, there was a period of relative tranquility.  The galaxy was at peace for the first time since Gohan defeated Cell ten years before.  Vegeta and Bulma had another child.  Her name was Bra.  Bra was nothing like her father, she did not want to fight or train and always wondered why her father did.  Gohan and Videl also had a child during this time of serenity.  Her name was Pan.  Pan and Bra soon became very close friends.  They would always play with their dolls and toys and not be bothered with the perils of their families.

The years passed.  Bebi was defeated, Super 17 was destroyed, and the evil Shenlongs were all beaten by Goku.  Bra matured into a beautiful young woman along with her best friend Pan.  At school, their male classmates always surrounded Pan and Bra.  Bra wasn't interested in any of the "regular boys" at school.  She was interested in only one person.  His name was Goten.  Ever since the first time Bra saw him she knew he was the one for her.  Bra's parents told her that they were going over to Gohan's house for dinner that day.

He was training that day.  Him and his brother Gohan were sparring.  Bra knew that both Gohan and Goten could transform into Super-Saiyans, yet she had never seen one in action.  They looked amazing, their spiked golden hair was very cool in her opinion and the green eyes were something she had always wanted.  Since the evil Shenlongs had been defeated Goten had ascended to the next level of Super-Saiyan.  She had only heard about this next transformation but nothing prepared her for it.  Goten crouched down into a defense-like position and gathered his energy around him.  The air around him began to rise in temperature as he concentrated on getting to the next level.  He let out a mighty scream and an explosion erupted outward from him.  His hair had become even more spiked and his expression looked even more menacing.  The normal yellow aura surrounded him and lightning crackled outward from his body. 

"Nice, I didn't know your transformation yielded you so much power." said Gohan.

"Well let's see just how much power I have!" Goten said as he lunged at Gohan.

Goten connected with a combination of punches and then backed up and launched an energy attack at Gohan but didn't put much power into it so it would travel faster.  Gohan recovered from Goten's initial attack just in time to knock Goten's attack into the sky where it exploded.  Gohan decided to save his transformation until Goten proved too strong for him as a normal Super-Saiyan.  Gohan powered up his energy and drew his hands back into that familiar position.

"Ka-me-ha-me" he shouted and the energy began to gather in his palms.  The energy began to form into a ball and started to grow in size and in strength.

Oh shit thought Goten as he saw as well as felt the sudden increase of power in Gohan.  Well if he wants to play like that let him try. 

"HA!!" Gohan yelled as he let the mighty blast go. 

Here goes nothing Goten chuckled as he got himself into position to catch the blast that was moving very fast towards him…
