Leader of the Koopa Clan.
This evil cunning leader...
Fell in love.
It all started one day...
The queen Bowsette kidnapped a princess, known as Princess Peach Toadstool, in order to assume control over the princess's kingdom.
The mushroom kingdom.
She succeeded, at least, almost.
Eventually a male plumber, donning a red cap and red overalls arrived.
The man.
Was named Mario.
He embarked on a journey to save that princess.
Mario arrived at the dark castle of Bowsette.
The Koopa Queen stood on a bridge, with an axe behind it, keeping it stable, under the bridge was deadly lava.
Bowsette knew that a hero was coming, and she would make sure to defeat them.
The red capped man made his way to the bridge, and was face to face with the enemy.
Though, he has seen her in many castle stages, but they were all only Bowsette's minions, disguised as Bowsette.
But now, Mario was looking at the real Bowsette.
Bowsette got a good look at the hero, and she felt a deep attraction towards him.
She felt love..
But she refused to believe it, so she began to attack him.
She breathed fire at him.
Hammers were thrown, jumps were made, lives were lost.
But Mario made it to the other side and pulled the axe out.
Bowsette fell into the deadly lava pit.
The princess was saved, the villain was defeated.
Or so it seemed.
No, Bowsette survived the lava and vowed vengeance upon the plumber, the princess, the whole mushroom kingdom...
And she attacked again...
And again..
And again...
She almost always captured the princess, but never once did she succeed..
Mario saved the princess each and every time.
Eventually, Bowsette realized that she was definitely in love with Mario.
But she knew that Mario was only after...
...Her.
The Princess Peach.
Which gave her all the more reason to capture the princess and earn the love of Mario.
Years later...
Bowsette thought of the perfect plan.
It was simple.
She would kidnap the princess...
And FORCE her in marriage with one of her subjects.
That way, Mario would never be able to love her.
(apparently, she didn't know that divorces were a thing)
She began her plan.
She began the wedding ceremony on the moon.
Mario arrived, right on cue.
And another climatic duel commenced.
Bowsette attacked Mario.
She fought him like she never did before.
But, she still failed.
Mario saved the princess once again.
At that moment, he proposed to the princess.
But Bowsette practically begged Peach to marry someone else, she wanted to be with Mario.
Peach refused BOTH of their offers.
Mario's heart was shattered.
He laid there, saddened by the princess's refusal.
Bowsette watched him from a distance.
She felt an empty feeling inside of herself.
She wanted him to be happy.
She just wanted to go over there and wrap her arms around him and tell him how much she loved him.
But she stayed silent.
