"I'm going to get you!" Perrie yells to Zayn, laughing. He had just thrown a snowball and hit her in the stomach. Now she wanted revenge. Perrie made two snowballs and put one in each hand and chased after him. He was speeding away, dodging trees and snow covered rocks with his scarf flowing behind him in the wind. Perrie was breathing heavily and could feel the snow melting in her palms. She slowed to a stop and she couldn't see or hear Zayn. "Zayn? You better not scare me!" she yelled, laughing nervously. She stepped forward onto what she thought was a pile of snow but was a large sheet of ice. She slipped and fell and hit her head on the cold, hard ground. Everything went black.
Zayn was hiding behind a tree, waiting to scare Perrie. But she never came and he doesn't hear her frustrated steps in the snow anymore. He peeked his head around the tree and saw Perrie lying on the ground. "Perrie, what are you doing? Making snow angels?" he asks laughing. He starts to walk over when she doesn't respond. He sees that her eyes are closed. "Perrie?" he asks panicked. Her lips are separated slightly and she's unconscious. He picks up her wrist and checks her pulse. She's alive. He breathes a small sigh of relief, but doesn't relax yet. She's still not awake. "Perrie, wake up." He says, shaking her gently, tears coming to his eyes. What if she never wakes up? No, Zayn can't think like that. He has to get her to safety.
Zayn folds her hands over her stomach and picks her up gently. He cuddled her into his chest, making sure to keep her warm. Then he starts on the long, cold trek home. He has to walk through the field, up the hill, and down two blocks. Why didn't he just have Harry or Louis drive them here? The wind blows harshly against Zayns face. He looks down at Perrie and kisses her forehead softly.
At the top of the hill, Zayn hears a small groan come from Perrie. He looks down startled and sees that her eyes are half open. "Perrie, You're awake!" Zayn exclaims delighted. He hugs Perrie tight and smiles down at her. Her eyes are fully opened now, but she looks confused. "Where am I? Who are you?" she mumbles. Zayns smile drops as he realizes that she doesn't remember who he is. The girl he loves doesn't love him back anymore..
