"Carolina, York, Wyoming, North, Washington, and South. recently our war against the covenant has only gotten worse, and until recently we have had no chance, not even hope of victory." The director spoke, briefing the freelancers on their next mission, "Now finally we have a chance at returning those alien bastards back to their half of the galaxy. it will be your mission, to locate our salvation."

The soldiers stirred, when finally, Carolina spoke up. "Sir, do we have any information on our objective?"

"Why yes agent Carolina we do." At this the counsellor lifted his tablet and swiped his fingers to the left. a hologram appeared on the glowing table below the agents. "little is known about the objective, only that is contains these four symbols. agent William, if you would please explain the details." The counsellor gestured towards a dark corner.

suddenly out of nowhere, a figure dropped from the ceiling, his boots clashed against the floor echoing off the walls, yet he was shrouded in shadows. "We are not looking for an it, we are looking for a 'they' "He cryptically said, his face still shrouded in darkness. "They?" York questioned.

"indeed. we are looking for four young girls, huntresses. single-handedly they brought an end to an entire race of monsters, beyond even our greatest fears."

"Sir how can four young girls help fight the covenant? even if they are great heroes, this does not mean that they can obliterate the entire covenant." Carolina firmly stated.

"believe me they can, you haven't seen them in action." he replied, but was interrupted by York, "I have seen Tex in action." "not even ten thousand of her could kill one of them. one of them could kill all of us in this room, before our brains registered she was there, the next could literally make us explode from the inside without even touching us. The third, could kill the entire crew of this ship without setting off an alarm. the last has the sheer strength to destroy this entire ship with one punch... one. not only that, but they all excel at combat in every field. believe me when I say this, if we were to send the entire UNSC after them, we would lose."

after finishing his speech he left, the agents were befuddled at his speech, how could four girls be that powerful?

"Your mission, is to track them down one by one, as they have not been seen in eight years. the only thing we know about their whereabouts is that they have scarred to the four corners of the world, maintaining no contact to it in any way. keep in mind agents, that these girls have isolated themselves from civilisation, at their own will, and that they would not care if you died, not if they killed you. Dismissed" The Director finished.

Two hours later, boarding the Arcenon:

"am i the only one that thinks this is a little creepy?" Wash asked, North simply looked at him when he replied, "find four young girls with super powers, and no regard for human life, bring them back with us to destroy an ancient evil alien race that's trying to destroy all life in the galaxy? nah you're just paranoid."
