A Venus Adept is blessed with the twin gifts of being beautiful and having a voice that was rarely heard. This meant having to deal with crazed fan-girls wanting to bear their children at every turn. This is the cause of much shame and embarrassment which the Adept's merciless friends will no doubt take advantage of. They have absolute mastery of Gaia but in return they are unable to see properly. They are able to see the glaring brilliance of potential in every rock, in every molecule of dirt and so in order to control it, their clarity of sight must be sacrificed in order to maintain control of Gaia. All Venus Adepts 'see' by using a 'Seismic Sense'. They send out a pulse with their feet and are able to sense objects around them with psynergy. They are not blind, but in order to see with a modicum of clarity, they must stand in a place where Gaia is not present.
A Mars Adept is taught at an early age to fear the flame. This usually involves the destruction of a house or the injury of a family member through a foolhardy attempt to control the blaze within their bodies. They are not the masters, but merely a humble guide for the power. Directing it and flowing with it. People in Vale say that Kay would have been the most beautiful girl in Weyard but an unfortunate accident with her brother Garet, marked her for life and now she is forced to wear full sleeved clothes in even the hottest of weathers. They are rash and quick to temper, foolhardy and loyal. They must fight with caution lest they lose control and destroy themselves and everyone around them. Jupiter Adepts are the most powerful of all Adepts, but they are also the most vulnerable. Jupiter Adepts can easily be distinguished through the deep bags under their eyes brought on by countless sleepless nights. They are unable to find silence, constantly hearing the thoughts of those around them whether they want to or not. They command the power of wind and lightning. People say that Jupiter Adepts tend to be geniuses; they have bright minds and are able to think of strategies on the spot. Their minds however need to be strong enough to concentrate under extreme stress, to block out all other thoughts than their own. Stupid Jupiter Adepts have a habit of going insane. They seek to escape the voices by laughing louder than usual, playing practical jokes and just being a general nuisance. They are however great and trustworthy friends who will help you no matter what. Just don't be within a mile of a Jupiter Adept if you have a secret that you want to be kept secret. They tend to be a little bad in that aspect and will not keep a secret to save their own lives.
Mercury Adepts… they are perfect, too perfect for their own good.
All Adepts are extremely powerful and gifted, but they all have weaknesses and vulnerabilities, excepts Mercury Adepts.
