AN: I was in the mood for some Rose/11, the best pairing ever. I ship it with all my soul. This is what came out. It kind of also happens to be my first fic but I can take flames.

Disclaimer: don't own, wish I did, on with the story.

He dropped Amy and Rory off at a restaurant a little while ago; he wanted to do this by himself. He walked into a floral shop and bought one rose. Rose, he remembered her all the time. The simplest things flood his mind with memories, sometimes it is almost too much to take. His pink and yellow human, he had lost companions before but never had he felt this way about one. He had never loved any one like his Rose. He walked to the monument of The Battle of Canary Wharf, or doomsday as he had secretly dubbed it in his head. He pulled a piece of tape out of his pocket and taped the rose to the plaque with her name.

An older man or at least an older looking man came over to him and said, "It never gets easer you know. All the people tell you that time heals all wounds, but it still hurts. My wife and son were killed by those pepper-pot things. Not a day goes by that I don't miss them. I can tell a broken man one I see one and I think I should tell you the one bit of good advice that all these people keep telling me, you're not alone. There is always someone you can talk to."

The man walked away and the Doctor pondered what he had said. He was right, the pain doesn't go away. He will always remember her beautiful smile, her kindred spirit, and everything that just made her so fantastically Rose. He turned around to find Amy staring at him; he didn't want to talk to her now. He walked pat her and back to the TARDIS.

Amy didn't know what to think. The Doctor had been crying, just standing there and crying. She walked up to the memorial and looked at the name he had been looking at. Rose M. Tyler, who was she? Amy saw the emotion that name had stirred in the Doctor; she figured that he would tell her if she needed to know. It was taking every fiber of her restraint and a little of Rory's not to run after him and barrage him with questions, but she could wait.

AN: I know the ending was absolutely terrible but I'm a beginner remember
