After the defeat of Galbatorix, Eragon and Arya settled down and had a family, two kids to continue on their legacy. Both elves, Serindi and Neroithe. They wish to live in peace and Harmony with the world.
But the reign of Galbatorix has only begun
" Where is Serindi?" Arya said crawling on top of Eragon, kissing him in the process " and Neroithe?"
" Who cares" Eragon said, pulling back her black hair " They can handle themself out there"
"Eragon" Saphira whispered putting her head in the tent
"What is wrong" Eragon said, pushing Arya off him

Serindi ran barefoot next to her dragon, Minreavoa. Her bow beside her as she ran
She stopped as a blue dragon flew down and stopped her in her tracks. She drew her bow ready to aim at the rider. She lowered her arm as the rider's blond hair came into sight
" Dad?" Serindi said
" Serindi" Eragon said, sliding off Saphira " What did you do?"
" Nothing" Serindi said, taking her hand out of her leg pouch
Neroithe came up behind Serindi, Dantein hot on his heels. He leaned over as he panted, sweat dripping down his brow.
" How can you run that fast" Neroithe said
Serindi smiled
" Nero" Eragon said " What did she take?"
" She took Lady Nasuda's necklace" Nero said " Her special one"
" Seindi" Eragon said " Lets go home alright. I will return Nasuda's necklace tomorrow"
" Dad" Nero said " I will take her home. You return Nasuda's necklace"
Eragon hopped on Saphira and flew off
" Come on" Nero said grabbing Serindi's arm " Let's go home
They turned around to the sound of hoofbeats. An army of people clothed in black came stomping toward them
" Hurry" Nero said shoving her on Minreavoa " Lets go"
He hopped on Dantein and they flew off
" Stupid Saphira" Serindi said " She ratted me out"
"Now now Serindi" Minreavoa said "She just wanted to keep you safe"
Serindi pushed her black hair out of her eyes
" Nero" She said glancing at her brother " Do you guys really care about me?"
" Of course" Nero said looking over at her " Your my sister. I am supposed to care about you"
She laughed as a arrow zipped past her head. She stood up on Minreavoa and drew her bow. The horseman down below were waiting for them. She shot an arrow right into a army men heart. They were carrying a flag
" Nero" Serindi said staring at her brother " That's Galbatorix's flag"
