"Why do people hide?"

Raven glanced up, suddenly aware of this simple yet profound question being thrown at her.

"Why do you ask?"

Robin shifted slightly.

"Well I was thinking… instead of facing up to things, why do people always choose to hide? I mean… it doesn't fix anything."

"Maybe they are afraid."

"Are you hiding anything, Raven?"

The sorceress flared up quite suddenly, struggling to keep her emotions in check.

"Are you questioning ME?"

"I just feel there's something you're not telling me."

"There's a lot of stuff I'd love to tell you, Robin. But then I may have to kill you."

"I mean something I should know."

"Why are you doing this, Robin? Did someone tell you something?"

Robin thought for a moment.

"Yes."

"So this is how much you trust me. You rather listen to some rumor than have faith in me." Raven whispered, black energy shrouding her small fists.

"I do trust you Raven…"

"Then why are you questioning me?"

"Because it scares me when you keep things from me. I remember when I wanted you so bad, and now I don't want to lose you. It'll hurt too much."

Raven's expression softened.

"You won't lose me. I know I've been ignoring you a little lately… and I'm sorry. It's just… we've been pretty busy. All of us. And I thought you might want some time for yourself…"

"Alright, I get it. Sorry for the whole questioning thing… I guess I was just rash."

"It's fine."

Robin smiled; glad to be in Raven's good graces again. (You really won't want to get on her bad side. Seriously.)

"So I'll just get some dinner for you, yeah? Chinese?"

"Sure."

"I'll be back soon, Ravey."

Raven smiled.

"Robin… actually I do have something to tell you."

"What is it?"

"I'm pregnant."

Insatisfactory? Ambigious ending?? Yes, I know. So what happens next? Well I haven't decided yet, so it's up to you guys to visualize.
