Chapter 1: Yukio's Death Note

Yukio walks home from school on a Friday afternoon. Normally, he does this every Friday, nothing special about that, but this Friday is different. Yukio didn't know this but this Friday afternoon was going to change his life forever. As he walks to his empty house on the other side of town, he notices what seems to be a black notebook. He picks up the notebook and notices something written on the cover: Death Note. He thinks it's just some weirdo playing jokes, so he keeps it. When he gets to his house, he sets it on his living room table. ( I know I said his house was empty, but what I mean by empty is that he lives alone.) He opens the "Death Note" to the first page and reads the rules on the back of the front cover to see if the rules are the same as they are in the actual Death Note, and surely enough, the first rule states: Whoever's name is written in this Death Note will die. Yukio doesn't quite believe it's the real thing still so he reads the second rule: After writing a person's name in this Death Note, that peron will die of a heart attack in 40 seconds if not given a specific Cause of Death. If Cause of Death is specified, the person with this Death Note must write the Cause of Death of the person the want to die within 6 minutes and 40 seconds or the person whose name is written in the Death Note will simply die of a heart attack.

"Only one way to find out if this is the real deal," Yukio thinks out loud. He then turns on his television set, turns it to the first news station he thinks of. Then, he finds a pen.

~"Breaking News! A man has just robbed the Central Bank of Tokyo!"~ says the news reporter on the TV. Then she continues to say,~"Heres is the name and picture the perpetrator."~ The moment after, the picture of a man pops up on his TV screen. The man name is, "Muradame Kuruchiha". ~"We've been let to believe that this man has multiple people held hostage inside. We strictly encourage those of you watching that are friends of his to do nothing and let the police handle things."~
