This is my first League of Legends story, simply because I love Vi so much. Any and all response is much appreciated.

Jayce didn't like Vi. She was rash and impulsive, and for some reason, Caitlyn seemed to like that punk more than she likes him, which makes no sense. Jayce could have anyone he wanted, except the sheriff, apparently.

The annoying thing is, Vi doesn't even treat Caitlyn like she deserves. She always gets herself into stupid fights that Caitlyn has to sort out every time. Like the time she broke a guy's nose just because he insulted her. Or how she broke a guy's arm because she thought he was armed.

It really doesn't make sense how Caitlyn decided to pick up this random ex-criminal off the streets. It was extremely unprofessional of her. However, Jayce would be lying if he were to say that Vi hadn't been useful in a couple cases.

Vi was reckless, and used excessive force more than necessary, but her sheer strength and agility came in handy at some times. Her gauntlets and armour rivalled even Jayce's own hammer. And she had learned to use them so well that with them, she could have the steady hand of a surgeon, or the brute force of a truck.

Of course, never one to support the pinkette, Jayce would never admit her redeeming qualities. And besides, she was a burden more than she was a helpful hand anyway. But Caitlyn had taken such a liking to Vi that she wouldn't let her go under any circumstances.
The brute was not subtle about her affections either, blatantly flirting with the sheriff at any chance she got, to which the Sheriff responded with barely concealed embarrassment and a reprimanding voice.

Jayce was very confused. Everyone wanted to be with him, and the fact that Caitlyn decided to reject his advances in favour of the pink-haired hoodlum was simply unacceptable! But no, matter how hard he tried, the bluenette simply would not return his affections.

Maybe he should just let them be and watch on the sidelines as their relationship would inevitably blossom into something wonderful. But Jayce's pride would not let him do that, forcing him to continue to pry into something closed to outsiders the second the sheriff set her sights on the brute.

Jayce had been on his way to the sheriff's office (which she shared with Vi) hoping to try his luck once again. He gruffly returned greetings that were thrown his way. As he neared the office, he noticed the door was slightly ajar. He decided to see what was going on and decided not to alert them of his presence with a knock. He slowly opened the door further, well oiled hinges not making a sound. He peeked into the shared office and was met with an unexpected (and slightly arousing) sight.

Vi had Caitlyn's back against her desk lips firmly pressed against her. Their eyes were closed and they both seemed to be thoroughly enjoying themselves, releasing small noises of pleasure. Vi's hands were on the sheriff's hips and Caitlyn had hers around the tall enforcer's neck.

Jayce creepily stared for a moment before deciding that it was very unprofessional for him to do so. He closed the door with a soft click hoping that they would not notice the noise during their make-out session. He wrestled the feeling of rejection that welled up in his chest and decided that it wasn't worth feeling sorry for the loss. He made his way to out of the station and went on his way home, reaching the conclusion that even though he knew he would never have a chance with Caitlyn, a little flirting never hurt anybody right?
