A/N: I took the little girl I was babysitting yesterday to 'traffic school,' I was inspired. This is another short (and silly) one-shot in which Eric and Pam attempt something new. The title is a rip-off of the classic Sinatra tune "Come Fly With Me," sadly I couldn't find any appropriate bicycle songs. Hope you enjoy! :)

Disclaimer: I own nothing.

Come Ride With Me

"It will be fun," Pam taunted, attempting to mimic Eric, "just like riding a horse."

Eric glared up at Pam's gleeful expression as she rode in circles around him. He got to his feet with as much dignity as he could muster, resisting the urge to jam a nearby stick between the spokes of her bicycle's front wheel as he did so.

"Maybe I'm just trying to make you look good," Eric replied drily as he righted his bicycle.

Pam came to a stop nearby, feigning thoughtfulness, "That must be it," she agreed before smirking and setting off again. "Unfortunately I don't need any help," she said easily, circling around him once again before coming to a stop a few feet away.

"This time," Eric retorted.

Pam pulled a face at him but otherwise ignored his comment as she watched him climb back onto his bicycle and make his way unsteadily towards her.

He made it two feet before losing control and falling over sideways.

Unable to help herself, Pam crowed with laughter, "Would you like some training wheels?" she teased, earning a glare from Eric as he got to his feet.

"You don't have to take it so personally, Eric," she continued, "we're vampires, it really doesn't matter."

"It matters to me," Eric grumbled, "I refuse to be beaten by a piece of metal."

Pam rolled her eyes.

"Ha!" Eric said triumphantly a few minutes (and several mishaps) later, astride his bicycle once more, "I have prevailed," he declared, riding passed Pam.

Pam watched his progress doubtfully.

"Don't look at me like that," he admonished her, turning the bicycle back around and coming back to join her. "I can cycle perfectly now," he informed her, coming closer.

"Eric-!" Pam's warning was cut short as he ploughed into her and they ended up in a heap of bicycles and limbs.

"Apparently I'm yet to master braking," Eric commented after a moment.

Pam glared at him, "You're lucky I don't break easily."

"Unfortunately the same can't be said for the bicycles," Eric said, helping her to her feet.

They both looked down at the now interlocked and bent bicycles, one with a wheel still spinning.

"For the record, next time I'd prefer horse riding," Pam said.

Eric pulled a face, "I'm still not sold on the idea of riding something with a mind of its own."

"Considering how you handle something without a mind of its own, I'm not surprised," Pam commented drily.

"I can ride a horse," Eric retorted, a little offended.

"Did I imply that you couldn't?" Pam asked innocently.

Eric gave her a dirty look and she snickered, "Let's go," he said finally, hefting the bicycles over his shoulder and leading the way into the darkness.

"Gladly," Pam agreed, moving to follow him, "I can't wait to get out of this ridiculous outfit," she added absently.

Eric looked over his shoulder to regard her hot pink lycra clad form, "Now that I am confident I can assist with," he told her with a wicked grin.

"I'm sure you can," she replied with a wicked grin of her own.

Unconsciously Eric picked up the pace as he considered that perhaps the evening wasn't a total loss after all.
