It would have only been fair for the twins to return the favor of giving their beloved exorcist a small birthday party, since he had given the two a fantastic one last year. Normally, they wouldn't consider doing such a thing. But since they loved Krory so much, the Noah twins thought it would just be like returning the favor. The "cake" was made, decorated and frosted the best they could get it. A small selection of non-alcoholic wine was neatly placed with a few glasses for the three of them on a table. Heck, the twins had even cleaned the place just for this occasion! Everything seemed perfect, the two thumbed their chins in thought while looking over the place.
"We did good, Dero." Spoke the ravenette, a sly smile curled on his lips. The blonde gave a giggle in approval,"The Vampire's gonna love it, hii hii~!"
Yet.. something seemed... off. And it wasn't because the guest of honor wasn't here yet. The two felt as though they were missing something. The poorly attempted cake was ready, small decorations, drinks...
A gasp from the both of them.
A present!
The twins looked to each other in horror, their gray faces paling for a moment,"Y-you did buy something, right Dero? For the Vampire?"
Jasdero shook his head,"No, Dero assumed that Debi bought something!"
Crap.
"Dammit, he's gonna be here any minute and we didn't think twice about this!" Debitto shouted, clenching his teeth in anger as he marched over to the wall, placed a hand on it, and leaned against it. He hung his head in shame, his leather jacket slid a bit off his shoulder. He swore several times to himself under his breath while the other Noah frantically looked around for something.
"Hii... We could give the Vampire one of our games?"
"Ain't no way in hell we're givin' up one of our video games!" Debitto barked. Jasdero sighed, and sped off into the kitchen. The ravenette lightly banged his head against the wall a few times,"This was supposed to be perfect..." His gray cheeks reddened a tad.
"Flowers! We could give the Vampire flowers-!"
"Don't have time to run to the store, and we don't have the money anyway. Plus, ya really think he'd like 'em? Their probably just crap in his eyes..." He mumbled, interuptting the blonde with a huff. Jasdero's brow furrowed, thinking of all the possibilities.
A knock sounded from the door, and the twins nearly jumped out of their skin. Crap - he's here! And they couldn't do anything! A gulp from Debitto as he slowly made his way towards the door. He smiled sheepishly, greeting Krory with a small chuckle,"Hey, Vampire..."
"Kro-chan~!" The blonde hopped up from behind his brother, and ducked under his arm to get to the exorcist. Bandaged arms wrapped around his waist as he hugged him tightly. Krory chuckled and pet Jasdero's hair, placing a light kiss to the top of his head,"Hello, you two." He greeted calmly, stepping inside the room once the Noah had let go of him.
The twins gasped, and the blonde instantly ran back over to cover Krory's eyes,"No peeking, hii!" He commanded, the exorcist was a bit shocked when the hand nearly smacked him in the face.
"O-okay, I'm not looking!" He replied.
