Monty
Marty Deeks is the best master. After I retired from active duty with the LAPD, he took me in. I still have nightmares and episodes from my time as a bomb sniffing dog. He is always there for me and takes the advice and suggestions of my therapist very seriously. I am not the most attractive dog out there, but Marty does not mind and takes very good care of me.
Due to an unnecessary house guest, Marty started taking me to the NCIS headquarters. I can't help it if she is allergic to me. Hopefully she won't be there much longer. She is not very pet friendly and is nowhere near as fun as Marty's partner, Kensi Blye. She is very pretty and welcomes my doggy kisses.
During my first visit, I met Sam Hanna. He also works with my master, but was not very friendly. Sam was eating a sandwich. I was staring intently and hoping for a small piece. He was not having it and complained to Marty. Everyone was sympathetic to me and my plight. Sam scares me more than any of those crooks I have seen during my time on the streets although lately he has been warming up to me. He even gave me a piece of ham from his salad the last time I was there.
While looking for a missing Libyan rebel, we were on a stakeout with Kensi. I was listening to NPR and minding my own business. Then suddenly, my master changed the station. This caused me to have an episodic flashback and I howled out in pain. He promptly changed the station back. Now whenever we get in the car with Kensi, we always listen to NPR.
It's awesome driving around with Marty and Kensi. I love being their canine partner. Hopefully someday Kensi will move in with us. When no one is around, my master tells me stuff about her. He says she is gorgeous and the best partner he has ever had. If I could talk to humans, I would have figured out a way to let her know how he really feels about her. Humans are silly and always keep emotions and feelings bottled up. Maybe someday they will get their act together and live happily ever after. In the mean time, I will enjoy our car time and kiss Kensi whenever I can.
