"Hi! Sorry that I haven't posted for a while. I've been trying to get my head around the weather here in Great Britain recently (it's too hot for my liking!) and I'm getting distracted by the prospect of my birthday being just around the corner. Just want to say thanks for all your kind words so far, especially from regular reviewers J.A.5.M.1.N.3, V97.A.N.N.A. M.O.R.G.A.N and xoxhopiexox. Big shout out to you guys! You rock! If you haven't read any of their work yet, why not? I honestly recommend 'Double D' (rated T) by xoxhopiexox and Imagine-Hope123. In fact, I recommend all their work! Anyway, hope you enjoy my latest one-shot. Please review and follow/favourite the story and me!" -MIHighObsessive

"Tell me a story, mum," a young girl said one evening.

"Okay," said her mum. "This is the tale of an unlikely couple. The girl was a master of disguise, and the boy a computer whizz. They'd gone through school together, hardly registering one another's existence. Until one day. One invite brought them together. An invite to be a member of M.I.9. The boy was immediately struck by the girl's intense beauty..."

"If I remember correctly, you noticed me first," interjected her dad.

"Yeah, whatever. Anyway, along with another boy from school, who isn't really relevant to this story, they formed a branch of M.I.9 called M.I. High. Their job was to complete missions that it would be too obvious for the adults to do. Even though they worked on different parts of the missions, the girl taking on field work, while the boy was stuffing his face with biscuits-"

"Hey!"

"Sorry, the boy was 'performing logistical backup', they grew ever closer. Even with the arrival of two new team members, one coming after the first left, they kept getting closer. Even after they left school and went to university. By then, they knew that they were both going to carry on in M.I.9. However, they had a dilemma. They knew that M.I.9 did not approve of their agents being in relationships. They had to make a decision - who was going to leave M.I.9? It took months, years, of arguments, with their not-relevant old team member, who had gone on to create an M.I.9 branch of free-running spies. Their argument wasn't even settled fully. A few years after they left university, the girl fell pregnant. The couple had to get married. The girl have birth to a healthy baby girl, but didn't return to M.I.9 after her maternity leave. Instead, she got a job as a teacher at her old school, with the boy going on to become one of M.I.9's top agents. The couple are still happy now, and plan to Stuart that way. The end."

Aneisha looked over at her little girl, Daniella Zoe Tupper, and smiled. As she walked out of Daniella's room, Tom took her hand. Tom, her perfect fit. Her missing puzzle piece. She couldn't have asked for anything better.
