Gajeel had had it with the Salamander and now wanted to end the unholy prank war the two had started. Ever since the grand magic games the two had been in a non stop prank war with each other and only each other. It started off as petty pranks, he would use his shadow mode to switch out Natsu's drinks with oil causing the fire dragon to actually explode into flames against his wishes for a couple of hours. In retaliation Natsu had melted Gajeel's iron into a puddle and coated it over wood giving the iron dragon slayer a mouth full of splinters.

However, Natsu had finally crossed the line; Gajeel had been more than happy to keep it between the two of them, but when his best friend had gotten sucked into it: now he wanted to end it. During a training session between him and Lily happy had blitzkrieged them with a huge pail of honey followed by Natsu covering them in a mess of feathers, flowers and glitter. It was bad enough that the honey had gotten into places it shouldn't have but poor Lily had to go through a painful bath just to get the sticky contents off his fur.

A few days later .Gajeel had offered an olive branch of peace to the fire dragon in the form of his favorite sweet: gummy bears. Though, Gajeel didn't mention to Natsu that they were sugarless as the Fire Dragon Slayer and his Exceed companion scarfed down the five pound bag of the gelatinous delectables. A few days later, Natsu stormed into Fairy Tail and right up to Gajeel who was trying to hold in a laugh.

"What the hell were in those things?!" he screeched "Me and Happy spent two days trying hard not to die and yet it wouldn't stop!" that caused Gajeel to burst out laughing he couldn't help it. He had read up what those hellish things did to people if they even ate more than five of those dangers bowel destroying things.

"Oh I didn't tell yeah? Those things were sugarless gummy bears." Natsu stood there dumbfounded.

"I thought you wanted peace!" He snapped.

"That's payback for involving my cat in this! Next time it'll be worse!" He promised and for that day forward the two did not prank each other, well every once in awhile they did.
