Memories
Guess what people? I dont own Dragon Ball, or any of the characters. Toriyama-sama owns
them. If I owned them it just wouldn't be the same Dragon Ball we all know and love, would it?
The rain lashed against his face, unnoticed. He'd been standing in the middle
of the storm for an hour now, and had not showed any signs of moving. He was
standing on top of a cliff, staring out to the sea.
Another figure joined him. He'd only been there a few moments, and
already the newcomer's clothes were soaked. He turned to the first man.
"You have to back at sometime."
"-"
"Either you can go back to the world, or the world will go back to you.
Its your choice." After a minutes silence, the first man spoke, so quietly it could
barley be heard above the storm.
"I love her."
"I know that."
"Why? Why did it happen?"
"I don't know."
"If only I'd challenged him first. Then she'd still be alive..."
"How do you know that?"
"-"
"You have so much to live for, so don't give up on life."
"She was my life. Now I have none." He didn't have a reply to that.
"Goten...what about your son? Your child?"
"-"
"Live for him, Goten. She'd want that." Goten chocked back a sob. The
other man knew what to expect.
"Trunks..." Was all he managed to say before he let go. Trunks comforted his
lifelong friend as Goten cried away his sorrow in his friend's arms.
The blue haired woman watched this through her minds eye. She saw Goten being
taken back to the house. Tears rolled down her cheeks as she watched this.
"Let go Goten... let go...for me..." Bra said as she came to be judged before
Enma-sama, the god of the dead.
