It's January 25 th, and we all means. It's Joey Wheeler's birthday. Since his father was in prison for abusing him. Joey really didn't have anyone to spend it with. All his friends went off to collage and started new lives. Either alone or with a partner. Anyway, the only person he had was his boyfriend, CEO Seto Kaiba. Everyone knew they would get together...Eventually.
But as it turned out, Kaiba had a big important meeting to go to in England. And good Gad was he bored. So much for an eighteenth birthday.
At noon Joey decieded to check to see if there was any mail. To his suprise a brown packet had arrived for him. From Kaiba. He remembered, Joey thought.
That afternoon Joey was on the phone to Kaiba. Of course. "Thanks for the present love," Joey said. "Even though I haven't opened it yet."
"Why don't you open it then," Kaiba suggested. "While we're on the phone."
"Sure," Joey replied.
Joey quickly ripped the box. Inside were a pair of dogs and a leash. "What the Hell?" Joey yelled down the reciver. "Dog ears and a leash?"
"Yeah," Kaiba laughed. "Did you forget I call you "Mutt"?"
"No," Joey answered. Joey laughed histerially. "I guess it is kind of funny."
"Happy Birthday Joey.""By far," Joey began, "this is the best birthday. See you tommor Kaiba. Then I can give you a proper thanks."
Kaiba smirked.
This was truely the best and funniest birthday Joey has ever had.
