I just thought I would do a Dean/Seamus drabble for fun. Hey, why not?

Oh, and you're going to have to pretend that Seamus has his lovely accent. I can't portray Irish accents through writing. At all.

Disclaimer: If I owned Harry Potter, I would be prancing off with all that frickin' money and not writing fanfiction.

"It's spelled S-E-A-M-U-S."

Dean whirled around and looked at Seamus, confused. "Huh?"

"My name," Seamus supplied, sitting on the chair next to his best friend and pointing at the paper in front of Dean. "You spelled it wrong."

Dean looked down at the paper. "I did?"

Seamus nodded. "Yes," he said. "Like I said, its spelled S-E-A-M-U-S."

"Are you serious?" Dean said, furrowing his brow. "I always thought it was spelled how it sounded."

"Then you need a better grasp of the English language," Seamus said, grinning. "Honestly, Dean. I thought all artsy people like you were good at everything pertaining to the fine arts. Spelling included."

"Well, then you were wrong, weren't you?" Dean muttered, blushing and crumpling up his paper, which – coincidentally – had 'Shaymus' written all over it.

Seamus laughed and kissed Dean on the cheek. "I don't love you any less than before," Seamus assured Dean. "Even if you're terrible at spelling."

"I can spell my own name, can't I?" Dean defended himself.

"Mmm," Seamus intoned doubtfully. "I could've sworn that you spelled your last name T-O-M-A-H-S on your potions essay last week."

The Irishman only laughed even more as Dean cried out in embarrassment.

Well, there it is. Tell me what you thought of it.
