Chapter One - Unforgotten Memories
It was nearing sunset as Kikyou traveled across the land
with her soul snatchers. She really didn't have a destination, just
wandering aimlessly for days and nights seemed to be the only thing
she did, unless she was stopping at villages for a few days.
Kikyou stopped for a moment as the night's light breeze
pushed her hair across her face She began to think about her first
love, Inuyasha, a hanyou [half demon] whom she sealed away 50 years
before. Hate and anger immediately filled her veins, but then love,
and passion filled her heart. Her hate for him was caused by Naraku,
an evil hanyou [half demon] who contained (A/N: If you haven't seen
the latest episodes, you have NO idea what I am talking about then!)
Onigumo's heart which had lust torwards Kikyou. Naraku caused hate and
between the two when he tore them apart by a single arrow.
Now, here she was, not belonging to the living, nor the
dead. She was stuck in the middle. What a hideous "life."
She closed her eyes focusing on her vision of Inuyasha.
Wondering what he was doing right this moment.
"INUYASHAAAAAAAA!" yelled a very, very angry Kagome. (A/N: Imagine a
HUGE Kagome with flames in the background and a very, very small
Inuyasha. It's that kind of thing.)
Inuyasha looked up to a very angry Kagome.
"You ate ALL the ramen."
"So," replied Inuyasha calmly.
"Inuyasha...," he knew he was in deep trouble then.
"Wai...Wait...Kagome!" cried Inuyasha desparately.
'Wait, what's that smell?' thought Inuyasha. He turned his nose in the direction.
'This.This is Kikyou's scent!?'
"Osu...," Kagome stopped before she was able to finish the word. She looked at Inuyasha curiously, immediately knowing that he was smelling Kikyou from the look on his face.
"Kikyou...," was all he could say. He took off in a high speed run into the forest.
"Inu-Inuyasha!!" yelled Kagome as she looked worriedly into his direction.
Miroku and Sango jumped on the transformed Kirara's back, beckoning Kagome to jump on with them.
Kagome jumped onto Kirara's back as she jumped off to follow Inuyasha.
'Kikyou's here, I can smell her scent!' thought Inuyasha as he followed in the direction of her smell.
He stopped when he saw her sitting in a tree as her soul snatchers flew around her.
She looked down to see her first love.
"Inuyasha."
"It's been a while hasn't it?"
Cliffy.^^ I couldn't resist. =) Anyways, I'm going to go slowly with this story (Releasing a chapter a day) because it's only going to be about 4 chapters long or so. Anyways, PLEASE review and/or email me!
