I'm going to keep this brief. First off, I tried to be historically accurate, but I realized how much Konami had embellished and decided to say screw it and embellish a little myself.
I cannot make this clear enough: This is not slash. I do not write slash. While I'm at it, this is only borderlining on AU, I'm not really creating an AU, I'm just filling in holes.
Yes, there is an OC, a female one at that, but she doesn't steal the spotlight. She is not a mary-sue or a self insert. You barely see her for the vast majority of the story, fear not.
You will often see what you deem mistakes such as "colour", "labour", or in some places "authour." This is because I spell in the British manner and despite trying to surpress that, it doesn't always work, and I ignore it in spell check.
