For Ruby and Yang, the Rose-Xiao Long sisters, time spent together was a luxury. Living apart – Ruby studying in Flagstaff, Yang working in Phoenix – meant the two only had so much time to engage in the sisterly antics they'd enjoyed growing up.

Playfights, video game competitions, bad karaoke challenges – as the two went on with their lives, they found they missed the old days. In order to remedy such an issue, Yang would, weekly or fortnightly, make the drive up to Flagstaff in order to spend some quality time with her darling younger sister Ruby, and proceed to drag her all about the place in the name of (often drunken) fun.

However, Yang also had ulterior motives.

"Yaaaaang, let me go!" Ruby cried, screeching in a manner rather akin to a two-year old deprived of candy. Her captor, or rather, her older sister, laughed, tossed blonde hair behind her shoulder, and proceeded to drag Ruby through the middle of the shopping mall. Dread filled Ruby's mind at the thought of stepping one foot inside that embarrassing place.

"Yang. No," Ruby protested, her voice growing more shrill by the second. "No, wait, come on, Yang, you know I hate that place, Yang – "

And there they were.

Victoria's Secret – also known as Yang's favorite shop, and arguably the bane of Ruby's existence.

"Come on, Ruby, every girl needs something nice~" Yang grinned, a skip in her step, "Can't stick to plain stuff all your life, sis."

Ruby just rolled her eyes, dismay apparent in her features as a furious blush made its way onto her face. All the frills and lace, all the naked people on the walls demonstrating underwear that should have covered way more than it actually did, all the customers so shamelessly asking which looked better, the thong or the –

Ruby pulled a face, only to be dragged further inside by her darling sister Yang. She mumbled something about murdering the girl later, which only earned her a flick on the forehead, and a devilish giggle.

"So, how about this?" Yang procured from god knows where a neon-pink pair of panties, complete with black lace. Ruby felt her face tinge the same shade, and shoved her sister's hands away, earning a frown.

"Yang, I don't want anything," the brunette pouted, "You're only here to buy stuff for yourself, anyway. I know what you and Blake get up to at night."

Yang threw her hands up in defeat.

"Alright, alright, you caught me, sis." Yang opened one eye and poked her tongue out, "But it wouldn't hurt you if you bought something too. I know you got paid on Thursday."

Ruby trudged after her sister as the blonde darted around the store, resigning herself to an embarrassed fate. She took care not to look at everything Yang piled up – she didn't really want to think about her older sister's sex life.

"You sure you don't want to get anything?" Yang called, after what felt like hours. Ruby sighed.

"You always pick the really outlandish stuff. What's wrong with my underwear now?" Ruby pouted, crossing her arms. She probably looked childish, but she didn't are because Yang always tried to make her buy something –

And then, she saw her.

The girl was all porcelain skin and hair of silk, white on white on gorgeous blue eyes that were enough to make you think they were the summer sky itself. A slender frame, slender fingers musing over snow-white lace versus black, deep in thought. The only blemish – if one could even call it that – was the scar over one eye, puckered and pink. Ruby traced it with her eyes, then the girl's frame, and – god, was that the girl from next door? Then, suddenly, she felt hot breath on her cheek.

"See something you like?" Yang's voice was teasing, whispered, but it made Ruby blush even harder, if that was humanely possible. She snapped her gaze away from the very pretty girl only two shelves across, and returned to staring at underwear in gaudy neons and far-too-sexy lace.

"It's the girl from down the hall..." Ruby muttered, positive her face was as neon pink as Yang's first suggestion. The blonde smirked, still hovering over her sister's shoulder, and again, the older sister whispered, teased.

"Don't look now, sis, but she's watching you, too."

Ruby dared to pry her eyes from the array of lace, and found herself eye-to-eye with that same, all-too-pretty girl with the snowy-lace underwear in hand. Ruby felt her face flush as the snowy girl turned beet red, and looked in the other direction, walking away. Ruby was sure she was the colour of a fresh tomato, but she still tugged at her sister's wrist.

"Yang," the girl said, very seriously. "I need underwear."

The older sister just grinned, and showed Ruby to another rack.

Anyway, this chapter was totally and completely written by her, and chapter two was written by me.

Also, the cover image was drawn by our resident lewd artist, Moekumo. (Check out her tumblr, it's the best and her Whiterose is the cutest thing ever.)
