Techno genius, she's amazing with computers she did manage to hack UNIT after all, as Ianto once said 'It's scary how you do that.'
Owen is her one true love (Or a crush whatever you think) they would make a perfect couple but Owen is mostly oblivious to this and has yet to ask her out.
She's probably Ianto's best friend and a good one she is too; she was probably the only one who did not really blame Ianto for what happened with Lisa.
Has a very soft spot for Ianto's Coffee but so does everyone who likes coffee (I hate Coffee )
Serious about her work this does seem to annoy Owen and Gwen (Hate her she is annoying) a bit which I think is a bit harsh
Adventurous if she wasn't she would not be a member of Torchwood and would have had a mental break down ages ago, and she is really good in a tough situation
Torchwood is her place of work, she is really forced to work there by Jack or she would be left to UNIT because she hacked in to UNIT
Organised like Ianto but she does not rival his OCDness
