Not many knew that Sasuke actually had performed Oiroke no Jutsu. Although he considered Naruto stupid he couldn't deny that the jutsu itself was quite difficult B-rated jutsu. Difficult for genin, of course, how Naruto of all people had invented it himself – no, the idea was Naruto-like for sure, - but the fact that dobe managed to pull it off was astounding, considering he failed at Academy twice.
So, when Sasuke was in Orochimaru's lair in an undercover mission he considered using that jutsu. Some simple handseals – thank Naruto for using it so much that the image burned itself on his retinas – and there stood girl with raven hair.
Uchiha walked out from his room, went to the hall, briefly looked into the mirror to check his disguise – there wasn't any in his bedroom – and froze.
Sasuke, when he was a child, always heard how alike he and Itachi looked. Actually, he himself thought that Itachi, although looking quite feminine, took after Fugaku and Sasuke after their mother.
But he never expected this. From the mirror at him looked Uchiha Mikoto at her teens. She had the same frame, the same beautiful face, and only expression of shock betrayed she was just his reflection. He frowned, remembering mother's sweet smile and figure crumpled on the floor, mercilessly killed by Itachi, her son.
Sasuke abruptly turned and went to Kabuto.
The mission was successful and the man Sasuke was spying on was ogling her. While getting man's blood off his blade, Sasuke thought that Kabuto's body-changing potion was very convenient for being undetectable in missions like this.
He never used Oiroke no Jutsu ever again.
